FZF draws it’s roots from Conley Falk Seminars and “The Capsule - Total Ad Solutions”

FZF is the “next level” of The Capsule - Total Ad Solutions. The Capsule operated as a fully accredited Ad Agency, including Media Planning and Scheduling. On this page, we recap the LEXMARK Account, which was the flagship account of The Capsule.
The exciting challenge was to rebrand LEXMARK as the leader in print technology. The Capsule launched LEXMARK with a campaign that used metaphors and analogies that evoked Tenacity, Perfection and Achievement - as seen above. The Advertisements had NO PRODUCTS on display - thereby provoking the reader to realize and etch in their mind that LEXMARK is the better product, because LEXMARK is strictly into print technology (unlike HP that manufactures all kinds of office products.
We followed up with a campaign that created a buzz around the exciting concepts that can be printed in dazzling color - and used product placement to establish LEXMARK as THE PRINTER that achieves this excitement. (The color Ads, as displayed, below.)
At the time The Capsule was awarded the LEXMARK Account, the agency was an unexpected entrant into an Advertising industry dominated by the biggest names in the industry - including McCann-Erickson, O&M, and JWT. The young agency made waves with a number of other accounts, ongoingly.
Tikiri - who founded The Capsule in Colombo, Sri Lanka - has teamed up with her husband and dynamic Speech Coach, Conley Squire Falk, to launch FZF - here in the United States.

As a follow up to the successful relaunch of LEXMARK, it’s parent company IBM suggested that we do an outdoor cap giveaway event.
We strategized differently and got greenlighted to conduct a memorable interactive event that became the most talked about “water-cooler” event that holiday season: the target audience painted a LEXMARK BRANDED billboard guided by our Art Director, and the finished billboard was installed in the heart of the commercial capital (which was home to over ninety percent of the Target Audience.)
